Black Buckwheat

Buckwheat tea is very common throughout China, and can be consumed as a chilled drink in the summer, or as a hot milk tea in the winter. We stumbled upon this excellent blend with the help of our friend in Hong Kong, and worked tirelessly to source it and increase the roasting level further through our own methods. While we would recommend boiling this for only one steep, it can be stretched for a fainter steep for a second, or even a third time.
