Imperial Assam

Customers often ask us for an English Breakfast tea, which we do not carry in the store as we do not recommend drinking tea with milk or sugar (unless we make a milk tea, which is a completely different process) as they hide the attributes of a bad tea. For us, a strong, full-bodied tea should hold up on its own, without any additions. Of all the black teas we tried, this Assam embodies it. With a deep and dark fragrance and heavy taste, this Assam retains its strength without the bitter aftertaste found in most English Breakfast teas. It can be brewed light or strong, served hot or chilled, and tastes great with or without milk.
