The Iron Goddess tea is one of the most interesting teas in existence, thanks mostly to its complex roasting process that gives it its deep and intense aroma. There are many different types of Iron Goddess teas in existence, but we chose this medium-oxidized version as it makes an excellent cold-brewed tea. Its flavor also stands out from the lightly roasted oolong teas like the Eternal Spring and the heavily roasted Red Oolong. Sourced from some new friends that we made in Fuijian, this tea is a welcome addition to our lineup of oolong teas that is dominated by teas from our own farms.
